kairk how is the headache and Diane hope that the Mom situation is resolved soon.   

Calories 1245 walking two hours.

dogs barked a lot last night and there was bear scat along the road.

Oh no,  two days in a row we post the starter thread at the same time! Bear scat, to close for me! A bear could eat my little dogs in one bite!



5' 4" tall, HW: 242, SW:215.4 Weight Loss - pre-op: - 26.6, M1: -15.4, M2: -16, M3: -11.4, M4: -11.2, M5: -12.2, M6: -7.4, M7: -7.8, M8: -2.0 Goal of 130 lbs. reached at 8 months, 2 days post-op!
