127.8 - same. Not such a good eating day yesterday with the birthday celebrations but I got in good exercise - just over 17,000 steps. Heading out for a walk this morning before church then I will put in my garden this afternoon.

121.2

Ate weird yesterday which continued into this morning.  why did I continue it into this morning considering I felt like crap yesterday?

More nuts/peanut butter than I needed and apparently 2 slices of 60 calorie of Killer Dave's bread is too freakin much.  I knew/know that is true, after I slice I am no longer feel empty.  I now know that two slices makes me feel really crummy.  Usually I have two slices for an entire week.

My love affair with chili pistachios continues this morning.....but I'll turn that faucet off and get back to simple protein eating.  Should be easy to adjust because my sleeve is already saying STAAAAHP!  Just STAAAHP!

I didn't get my usual fluids in yesterday, either.

Good yoga and steps yesterday and got to bed when I was supposed to. Hopefully more of that today.  I am working both days over the weekend to get my documentation up to par.   Only two more weeks of being a singleton pharmacist for the clinic.  It will be over in a flash.

We have had lots of rain and sun, garden is overrun with weeds.

Seriously, too many weeds in my life right now :/

I'm at 112 today. Was bored while DH was working on the truck yesterday so spent more time than I should have looking in the fridge.

It's SNOWING here today!  Lightly, but there's a good bit of snow outside the city. Feeling sorry for all the campers. I suspect many will head home early. Poor Violet is sitting outside because DH needs the entire garage to have extra room to work on the truck. Violet actually spent the night outside, which really bothered me. How lame is that?

So I'm just gonna put this out there. Since finishing work, I've been struggling with feeling 'unattractive'. I don't think that's quite the right word, but I don't feel particularly 'feminine' in casual clothes.  Less makeup, less jewelry, flat shoes. I've always been like that to some degree because I absolutely love 'creating' looks, even when I was heavy.

I remember that when I first dropped down to this weight I felt like I looked like a little boy - still feel that way sometimes now - no boobs, no hips, no bum on my small stature/frame - this just popped in my head = no power.  Maybe that's it? And of course I chopped my hair super short, which I perceive as 'chic and edgy' when I'm all dressed up, but maybe 'boring' when I'm not.

I guess I'm a pea**** at heart, so shifting to a low key look is definitely going to be an adjustment.  There I've said it.  Your reaction, thoughts, experience, words of wisdom?

My reaction to snow is THAT STINKS!

Linda, I just can't imagine you being anything but showy even in casual.  There is chic casual out there, right? Or are you thinking ahead to your RV wardrobe and maybe you won't have space for chic casual plus functional clothing?

Nah, I don't buy it.  Even if your wardrobe has to be very, very functional, I think you will use your considerable styling powers to create a fabulous look.  I have faith.

Hey all you fabulous former fatties;

Well its cloudy here and we had a bit of rain. Not looking good for our drive inland to art opening. Gotta take my own food because I know there will be junk there.

Carbon how can you get over 8000 steps so early in the day? You must be  walking early. I rarely get that in a whole day but today's art gallery trip is to a property that has a lot of hiking trails. Near Willow Creek - Bigfoot headquarters.  Maybe I will see Bigfoot.  Might get me to run.

still stuck between floors at 131.5.  Hope a big drop is coming as I have been eating right and took Princess Liza for a long ride in the dog stroller yesterday.

Hubby is not going to the art opening so I hope I will come home and find he has removed all the lawn tools from the living room and puppy proofed.   Otherwise it will be a busy evening.

OOOhh snow on Violet?  Not a good thought.  But I bet she is tough.

Countdown for Tesla. Chaos begins tomorrow.  Diane S
