Weight 115, calories 1191. This is where I like my weight right now, so I'm glad I didn't go crazy when traveling. I didn't get home until 9 last night after a few plane delays so I am tired. I'm going to try to work a slightly shorter work day today, but we will see. I leave in 2 days for Florida (and am looking forward to the warmth after the blizzard and cold here).

Today is my birthday. I'm going out to dinner with a couple of friends tonight but no family members are around to celebrate with, though we probably will in Florida.

Have a great Thursday - The work week is almost over (for those of us on M-F jobs)!
