This is a wonderful group of post-ops from all over. The diversity of the group (i.e. different surgeons) makes it a great resource for all attending. We discuss different post-op difficulties and struggles. In addition to monthly meetings, we have a physical activity of the month. The group is an excellent form of support and resource for anyone post-op (pre-ops also are welcome).
