I need to start from the beginning again. I am slso quite disappointed and frustrated to have gotten here. I know I need help

Help my band hurting should I wait a day or so to have it checked i had a fill Tuesday she said semi solids by today and soup wont go down to easy

Contac t your surgeon right away to advise you of any issues you are having with your band.

I am almost 3yrs post op RNy and I wold love to hear what everyone is eating. I must say I have grown very tired of protein bar, eggs and yogurt.

I am 6 months out but have not lost nay for almost a month. Feel I need to get back to the basics

Hello I am 4 years out and have lost 150 lbs! Yeah. I have kept it off and feel fortunate that I have had no major problems Just recenttly gained 6 !

For myself, I have strayed from the advice of my surgeon and that is one of my goals--to follow directions . Eat three high protein meals each day.

I am so sad I have gained 50 lbs. of the 150 lbs. I orginally lost. :( I will be 7 years post-op RYN open GB in May. Somebody please help!

It's been along time since my surgery and I don't have any contact with the Doc who did my surgery where would be a good place to go for guidance?

I don't post much at all, but when I found this protein drink that is so good I had to share. It Jay Robb a little bit pricey but its good.
