Hello!

Yes, I am doing the 5 day pouch test. I started it today.  I have a question, can I mix frozen fruits with my greek plain yogurt & whey protein, when I am doing liquids. Give me some examples for protein shakes, can I mix ground flaxseed in my shakes?

Please & thank-you,
me

I just finished my pouch test yesterday. I had a shake with just Greek yogurt and strawberries and sf lemonade on day 2. I'm not sure if it's "allowed" but it didn't seem to do anything bad. My carb cravings were kicked fast! Good luck!

Hiya!

I am curious if you lost weight while doing the pouch test.  Mind if I ask?  :)

Thanks!

Hello :)
I lost 2.3 lbs since Tuesday. I was too scared to get on the scale before then. So it was probably a little more. Not too bad for 5 days :)

Not bad at all!  Congratulations!

I am going to check out the test now.  I am wondering if it is the same as the "Plateau Buster" diet that we passed around the first few years after my surgery.  Anytime I did the PB diet, I would EASILY lose between 6 to 8 lbs (in 5 days!!).   Well, I say easily because it was guaranteed weight loss...not because it was easy to be on.  But I don't seem to have the will power for that, anymore!

Going to check it out now...

Congrats again on your weight loss!  WHOOP WHOOP!
