I need to swim and bike today and get bot. I went off track this weekend. Too much food! Not enough exercise. So I start over AGAIN this morning. I NEED to go swim and bike today. Tri

L: side salad, whole wheat roll, turkey and cheese

S: fruit salad, Greek yogurt

D: steak, potato, my veggie soup
