I missed you yesterday, but I did get to the gym and stayed mostly bot. So far I have completed 1/6 sprint triathlon at the gym over the past 4 days. Have a great day. Tri

D: my veggie soup, stuffed pepper, plain Greek yogurt, slimfast snack 570
