Good Afternoon all.  Busy day in meetings, haven't had my lunch break yet (well did a working lunch but not break for the gym yet) trying to decide if I am going to cut out now for my hour or leave early.  Need to get it in since I missed Monday & Tuesday.

I always seem to go in cycles where I am happy/content with me & then I slide down into not liking me.  Even at my lowest weight I struggled with accepting the positives.

I did get to bed early last night which made a big difference for today.  Got in my gym time at lunch, might try a walk after dinner to throw in some extra to make up for missing two days but will see on that one.

Never fit my gym in yesterday and decided against it today.  I am just not feeling really well, not sure if allergies are kicking up or what but decided not to pu**** today.  Plan to hit the bed early tonight in hopes that will help and pu**** a bit for the rest of the week.

Good Afternoon all.  Down another 3 lbs this week.  Yeah Me!!!!!!  No gym today as my work schedule just didn't allow it.  I should have gotten up early and headed over there before work but I was just way too tired after a crazy busy wonderful weekend.

Hello all!  So 6 people commented to me yesterday on noticing my weight loss & how great I look.    Yeah me!  Crazy day today at work but I should be able to manage it.  About to head over to the gym for my cardio.  Tonight's plan includes cleaning so I should burn some extra calories.

Hello Botts!  Holding my own weight wise.  Figured I was at a spot for a stall and didn't get to exercise as much in the last few days but no gain so I am happy.  Did suck it up and hit the gym today, tennis shoe was okay on my tattoo so I think I will be good.

Good Afternoon all!  Had a great date day with hubby last Friday & love my new tattoo, 3 little butterflies on the top of my foot!  Fabulous weekend at home with family.  Was groggy & not functioning well this a.m. so I forgot to weigh in.  Oh well will have to shoot for tomorrow.  No gym today as I am still not quite ready to put a tennis shoe.

Between dogs and husband no real sleeping in on my day off. Been taking some time to myself and reading. Heading out shortly to run some errands, go get a new tatto and then the Darius Rucker concert with my hubby. So excited.

Since Tess mentioned she wouldn't be on & no one else had started the thread I figured I would go ahead.  Today is my Friday.  Off tomorrow for a date day with my hubby.  Will do my weights today at lunch, perhaps some extra cardio since I doubt I will make it to the gym tomorrow.

Enjoy New York!  We went there on family vaca 5 years ago & that is where hubby popped the question, right in Times Square!!!!  Depending on your food allowables, we enjoyed little snacks of pizza at corner restaurants (as long as you can tolerate it the walking you do counteracts the calories).  We also really enjoyed Ruby Foo's Chinese restaurant in Times Square.  Loved the little bagel shop near our hotel for light breakfast.

Did my cardio at lunch today (wasn't feeling the pool & waking up early today).  Hubby will be out most of the evening so it will be me & a good book.

Hi all!  Small gain over the weekend due to family birthday parties & a sleepover with 4 of my nieces and nephews that made it too easy to have cake & pizza but was able to watch myself yesterday and push during my cardio so I am back down today.  Hopefully I can push to lose some this week.

Afternoon all!  Sorry I am not as regular to posting but sometimes I just get sidetracked & don't get on here to do it.  Doing pretty well though.  Have been getting in all my exercise this week.  Had a small incident where I spiked and then dropped my sugars causing a collapse (I was not injured).  I have never reacted that badly before.  Pretty sure I narrowed down the contributing factors and know how to prevent it for next time.

Good Afternoon!  Got my cardio in today at lunch, 30 minutes on the bike.  I hate the cardio aspect and found it a bit easier today as I set myself a mileage goal so was focused on trying to reach it.  Missed it by a little bit but now I can just carry that goal forward to Monday.

So I suspect I have snacked a bit too much this week (night out for coffee/dessert with a friend, fresh zuchinni bread muffins at home, etc.) going to try to limit myself a bit more that usual this weekend at home and perhaps get in some extra walks.

Happy wednesday all!  Splurged last night on a piece of pie while out with a friend, but was so excited wth  myself when I was able to pu**** away before eating it all cause I knew it was way too big of a helping.  did my walking laps in the current pool, wow there were quite a few people in there this a.m. so me walking against the current with 8 others going with the current was a challenge.

Good Afternoon!  Missed yesterday as I ended up home sick, I believe the cause was too much junk/grease food at dinner on Sunday.  I have been really watching my food choices for the last few weeks & decided to splurge on Sunday during a girls day outing with my sisters, well my body let me know what it thought about that.  I will say though I am down 5 lbs in the last few weeks, WOOHOO!!!
Got my gym workout in today at lunch.

Been pretty busy at work lately & it seems like if the day's post hasn't started yet when I pop in then I don't seem to make it back.  Going to have to put a bit more effort out on that one.

Hit the gym twice again today, once this a.m. to do yesterday's workout that I missed since they were closed for the holiday, and then at lunch for today's workout.  May do a walk at home tonight with the dogs too only because they are stuck inside all day with the heat and if I don't get some energy out of them they are going to drive me nuts.

Made brownies to take with me to a function, ended up eating 1 1/2 (and my husband had cut them big) and was so bummed when 6 of them came back home with us.  I had never been so happy to see hubby pack up stuff for his lunch in my life.  All the brownies wrapped up in little foil packets that he has claimed so now I can't eat them or I would have to explain it.

Oh the heat is horrid.  My poor hubby works outside and I can just imagine how exhausted he is going to be.  Impressed myself this week.  I missed my workout on Wednesday due to travel & work meetings so Thursday I hit the gym twice, once in the a.m. to do my Wednesday workout & then at lunch for my Thursday workout.  WooHoo!  Did my 30 minutes of cardio today.

Good Afternoon!!!  So I hit a big snack attack last night and I think I was eating like every 1/2 hour or so and I am not really sure why.  Ugh!  Hopefully I have been doing enough good that it wasn't too much of a sabotage.  Hit the gym first thing this a.m. and got my weights in.
