Our Mission Statement:

East Bay Bariatric is a supportive and valuable resource for people who have had or are considering weight loss surgery. Our meetings offer education, encouragement and community to help people determine if bariatric surgery is right for them and/or to reach and maintain their optimum weight loss. Together we provide insight for supporters and information for those interested in learning more about the surgical treatment of obesity.

Members of East Bay Bariatric reside in such cities as Albany, Alameda, Berkeley, Concord, Emeryville, Fremont, Hayward, Oakland, San Francisco, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Walnut Creek, even traveling from Marin County to attend! You do not need to be a resident of the East Bay to attend meetings or join this OH page. Members have had RNYs, Lap Bands, VSGs, DSs, so we are open to all surgical types. Let's face it, we might have different procedures, but it's the same issues.

Join our group to stay connected with your Bariatric Community. We're here for you as much as we need you. Afterall, we are the Most Supportive Group of Losers You'll Ever Have on Your Side!!

Cheers to you. Enjoy your weight loss journey; you deserve it.
