Weight Loss Houston is a group for all types of bariatric surgery patients. Attendees are from 15 years post op to a day after.  We have a registered dietitian at all of our group meetings.

Nothing is more important to people recovering from obesity than support of others, especially those that have gone before us and have been successful.

The rules for the group are simple:

1.       What is said here, stays here

2.       Respect each other

3.       Never put anyone down

4.       Kindness

5.       Treat others the way you would want to be treated

6.     Never substitute advice here or in-house group for medical advice of your surgeon and or        physician
