Surgeon Testimonial

David S. Thoman, M.D.,F.A.C.S.
appeared to be very smart! I was a little curious as to why he limits his conversations to his patients, realizing now thats just his bed side manner:) He did great on my surgery and me going home right away! The office staff is very nice, very helpful, and very quick! I like my surgeon!! Future patients do not be alarmed about him not spending a whole lot of time with you, he reviews everything and moves on the his next patient as he is very busy, however you may contact the office at any time! The day I was sent home from the hospital, he did his rounds at the hospital before going to his office, so he did come to see me, that was nice! I rate him a 10! meaning that I have met people like him in the past, actually worked for a pediatrician that is the best!!!! but had no bed side manner what so ever, I must say bed side manners are nice, but not neccessary!

Thursday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. I am waiting for you on the losers' bench!

Doing Good
on January 19, 2008 10:23 am
So I went to my two month Post Op appt! I'm down 65lbs, on the scale at 201!!! Pretty excited. I don't think I can remember when the last time I weighed this was:) I have been feeling pretty good for the most part, sometimes I feel a lil on edge, I think when I don't get all  my protein in, but then I push, push to get it in, I hate to feel like that! I have been eating more of my protein, i'm so glad for that too! I will keep posting as new things come across
