Surgeon Testimonial Paul Cirangle, M.D. I first met Dr Cirangle at his support group. He is very laid back and willing to answer any questions. I just had my office visit. He was very late, a surgery delay. I waited for several hours but he stayed even though his office staff went home. Plus he scheduled my surgery himself. I was alittle put off by the office at first. Mostly because the other people waiting had multiple people with them and they were loud. Plus there was not enough room for us all. He answers all questions. He gave the pre-op folder which very thorughly addresses risks/benefits. I think he is very good. The two reasons I picked him and the vertical gatresctomy is he stated he believes most doctors are mediocre and he said the vertical gastrectomy is the safest surgery he does.
