Surgeon Testimonial Mir Ali, M.D. I chose Dr. Ali because of all the wonderful things so many people were telling me about him. They all turned out to be true! I honestly don't think there would be a bad choice with any of the doctors at Smart/Lite Dimensions. They have all trained under Dr. LePort and are very competent and skilled in the area of WLS. I was very pleased when I first met Dr. Ali and he patiently answered each and every one of my questions. He came in the room and sat down, giving the appearance that he had all the time in the world, when I knew darn well that he is an extremely busy man. The next time I saw him was in the pre-op holding area when he stopped in to make sure I was "holding up" ok. As of today I am 15 days post op and have had no complications whatsoever and I credit Dr. Ali for that. My recovery has been virtually pain free and simple.
