Well, lets see if I cant figure this new profile deal out. My story is pretty boring, but here goes. I had always been a little heftier than my friends growing up. I was 160 or so all thru high school, which looking back was not really heavy at all since Im 5'6. I never had much trouble maintaining that weight until I got pregnant with my oldest. I went from 160 to 265 in the course of 9 months. 4 months after she was born I was back down to 180 and then discovered I was pregnant once again! Back up to 245 I went. Not as bad as the first round, but not good for my body. I was in an unhappy marriage with two young babies. When my youngest was 3 months old we divorced. With the stress of being a single mother I was able to shed some of the weight and got back to 180 again. 2 years later and still maintaining my weight I met the love of my life. I guess I got a little too comfortable because my weight went back up to 265. This time there wasnt any getting it off. I was in my early 20s but felt like I was 60. My health was starting to go downhill. I started researching RNY surgery in November of 2004. I decided to go for it and was one of the lucky ones to have no trouble getting approved. February 15, 2005 began the new chapter of my life. I had an easy surgery and was down to my goal of 160 in 6 short months. I continued to lose to my current weight of 120lbs. I had a tummy tuck and breast lift with implants November 2005 and have never been happier or healthier. I cant believe that this is my life now. I still see myself as fat some days, but those are getting further behind me as I get used to my new lifestyle and body.
