Surgeon TestimonialGilberto Ungson, M.D.Before surgery, Dr. Ungson was excellent with his correspondence - answering any and all questions I had.
When I went for surgery, I found him to be a kind and caring person who proved to be a very capable surgeon. He goes to great lengths to make sure that his patients are very well taken care of and I always felt that I was in good hands.

Same Old Stuff....
Things are pretty much the same - I am very happy!! I'm still at a loss of 125 lbs. and am hoping to inch my way down that last 15 lbs. I know I will lose some when I have my lower body lift, but I want to get rid of some of the boobs - they are in my way with some clothing and it's irritating. I got a beautiful suit and it's a 10P but is tight across the bust..grrrr!!!
Time to ease back on the carbs and get some exercise!!
I am still using protein shakes (Slim Fast Low Carb) to make sure I get all of my protein along with good solid protein. I like seafood, some chicken, steak, etc. can tolerate some hamburgers but not if they are dry. I can eat pretty much what I want now without gaining, but if I eat too many sweets I don't lose.
