Jamal Farhan, M.D.
Dr.Farhan was great. he has a pleasant personality, and he is very helpful and knowledgable.
the only negitive part of the whole experiance was waiting for the doc to get to the center, he needed to spend a few extra minutes at the hospital. this didnt bother us much as we had planned on being there as long as it took.
and I like to think the people in the hospital are a higher priority.
staff at Hurley BC are awsome.. even with a full lobby they continued to be helpful and curtious to everyone.

The psych. evail.

Got the psychiatric evaluation done too..
Got the green light to go ahead with the surgery..
Now just need an ok from the insurance and we'll be on our way.

Update!

I had my sleep study in Mt.Pleasant on Dec.20th
I had a pretty hard time falling asleep.. I would recommend being very tired when you show up for the sleep study.. 
My new friend Deanna helped. She is a Polysomnographer
in CMCH.

Just a line or two to let you know I have been working with my Dr. to get the insurance all the info they need to approve my surgery.

The Consultation

consult went great! the people at Hurley BC are awsome!
staff is friendly, and curtious, and very helpful.
Dr. says I need a sleep study, and a psych exam. 
also need some medical history for my insurance, but should pass that pretty good.
I'm amending my weight as I now have a current update as of 10/18/2006.

the night befor my first consult. reading storys and looking at befor and after pictures.
this is a very special website. I am sure glad to find it.
