Thie is my first blog. I had RNY on July 20.2011. So far I have lost 44 #. I'm in a stall. Tomorrow I will increase my water intake and aim for 48-64 ounces I am hoping that will help. I am having hair loss and I know it is normal but....I soon will be bald lol Hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving!
