My Doctors appointment!

Ok  I  have  not  been into see  my doctor  since  last  September , so  I  made an  appt . I  saw  the  nurse  practitioner and  I  asked  her  how  did she  feel  I was  doing  as  far a s  weight  loss. She  said  that  I  am d oing  ok  but  she  would  have  liked  to  have  seen  me lose  at  least  45more  lbs than  my  current  weight!  So  of  course  I  asked  her  what  do  I  need  to  do and she  asked  me about  my  eating  patterms. I  am  14 months out  and  I  still  dont  eat  unless  I  am  hungry , she said  thats  a  bad  habit  that  slows  down  my  metabolism  ,especially  if  I am  not eating  enough , which I dont  because  I  just  started  eating  2-3  times a  day . She  wanted  an  ultrasound   because  I  have  been  having  stomach  pains and  than  I  have  a  follow  up  to  get  me  back  on the  "right  track".   I hope  I  still  have  time  to  reach  my  goal.

Almost a year Out.

Ok  August  25  , 2010 is  my  day !  It  will  be  my  1st year  and  Im  excited ! I  have  lost  a  total  of  122lbs ! I  feel  like  a   whole new person losing  that amount! I  can  do  things  that I  have  not  done  in  years! I  sleep  better,  walk  better and just  feel  better totally ! I am  so  happy  with  my  surgery , I  still  have  a  ways  to go but, I  will  get  there! My  goal  is  170 and  I  am well on  my  way !  I  am  still  having a time  getting  my protein  in  but I   taking  protein  shots  which  is  kind  of expensive but  Im  getting  my protein  in !

I  am  blessed and  highly favored!I  just  thank  God  for
allowing  me  to have  the  surgery,it  has  been  a  learning  process, But I  am  slowly  BUT  SURELY  getting  there! I  have  lost  a little over 100lbs  since  August  2009,things  are  slowing  down  but  I  am  more  than  a  conquerer and  I  am  going  to  meet my  goal! I am  excited  about this  journey !

ON MY WAY

I just  wanted  to  update on my  progress,I went to the  Doctor  about  2 weeks ago  and  since  August  25, 2009 I  am  down 63lbs! I  am  proud  of  my  progress but  I  am  just  so  excited  about losing  I  get  discouraged when I  go  a couple of days or  a week without losing ,  I  get  really upset.  I know  that this  is  a process but  I am  so  ready  for a change.

Hi My name is Shae ,I am 30 years old ,blessed mother of four beautiful children and married to a wonderful husband of 11  years ! My family is my life !  I love them with all of my heart!
Well here is my story...........................................
I have been a big girl practically all my life ,after giving birth to my son in 2007 I decided it was time for a change .I have taken care of others and now its time for me to take care of me ! Life is short and I dont want to spend the rest of my life" unhappy" but filled with joy and enjoying my family and friends!I want  to be able to live life to the fullest!   When I look in the mirror I want to see a beautiful body to go along with the beautiful  face  and person that I know I am ! I am ready for this journey I am very excited  and cant wait to begin my new life as a  better  healthier person!
