Doctors office called today  and all of my appointments have been scheduled for this month except one in August  !

Hi everyone, today I had my consult with Dr.Moran .All of my questions were answered  ,I scheduled my appointment to see the pchychologist and the nutritionist .I am excited although  I know this is a long process but at the end it will be well worth it!Be Blessed!

Hi My name is Shae ,I am 30 years old ,blessed mother of four beautiful children and married to a wonderful husband of 9 years ! My family is my life !  I love them with all of my heart!
Well here is my story...........................................
I have been a big girl practically all my life ,after giving birth to my son in 2007 I decided it was time for a change .I have taken care of others and now its time for me to take care of me ! Life is short and I dont want to spend the rest of my life" unhappy" but filled with joy and enjoying my family and friends!I want  to be able to live life to the fullest!   When I look in the mirror I want to see a beautiful body to go along with the beautiful  face  and person that I know I am ! I am ready for this journey I am very excited  and cant wait to begin my new life as a  better  healthier person!
