I'm SO appreciative that I have improved by the hour and day.  My misery was short lasted and I was off pain meds quickly -- walk walk walking --- now sip sip sipping --- I'm excited for this new chapter in my life which is  incomprehendable if that's even a word -- to me.  This is a journey I'm happy to be on...

Leaving tomorrow 8-1 for PV for my surgery... time has flown by -- I"m excited and scared but mostly ready for shedding extra baggage and living free of poundage that has weighted me down and smothered my soul.

I'm forever appreciative of the support and knowledge and new friendships on this site  and look SO forward to joining others on the loser's bench.
