Had dr appt today i'm 7 weeks out and have only lost 26 lbs I'm so depressed why did I do this to myself.

My Story

My name  is LaToya i'm 31 and have 2 beautiful girls 14 yrs and 4 yrs, I have been married 5 yrs to a wonderful supportive man. I have been overweight since I had my first daughter, I started gaining weight and never stopped. I am 5'3 and weighted 230 lbs on the day of my surgery on 7-17-2007. I had a couple of complications after surgery but thank God I'm ok.

8-31-07  I am depressed I have only lost a total of 24 lbs. I have been doing everything my doc told me to but i have stalled maybe next time I post I will have better news.
