Hi everybody I had my Lap band surger on11/18/2008 . Been two weeks sice surgery and have lost 20pounds, I feel great and have not even been hungry yet, The desire is still ther sometime but I have not given in.

Thanksgiving

Well I got to move on to the next post surgery food faze and got to have mashed pototoes for Thanksgiving, I was so sick the rest of the day, I did not eat over my limit so I do not understand why I felt so bad the rest of the day ?
