Denied...after all of this?

I have battled this crappy weight for years....jumped through all of the hoops and gone to all of the appointments only to be denied because I was down below the "needed" BMI to be accepted!!  I did the Nurtri System gross food for 3 months.....$300 and got down to 190....only to gain it all back and plus...of course.  That was 22 months ago and I needed 2 years at the 35 to 40 BMI.....man....I am soooo disappointed and discouraged...any advice on fighting the appeal?
