6 months Post Op

   I am happy with my 6 months post op( lap-band) .. self.  Considering the last 2 months have contained between the 2 of them the major eating holidays in the year.. Thanksgiving and Christmas and I have still made it to 30 pounds in 6 months.  I don't know if this is average or below average but its good for me. My clothes are all loose except the skinny clothes that I keep and I am fitting in to some of them.. I try not to be wasteful by buying new clothes that hopefully I wont be in for long.. I am at 190 depending on the day and losing ... and am working towards making it to 145 that is still upper end for my medium frame and 5'3 height. I need to make it to the gym more but getting up at 430 to be at work by 630 and 20 min lunches I am pretty pooped by the end of the day.. but I am determined to get back at the gym. To all of you who post I read your stories and it helps soo much to read other struggles and goals and if it had not been for being able to read them I doubt I would have gone through with the surgery that has already improved my life .....SO THANKS ALL OF YOU!!!
