Well my weight problems started when I was in 3rd grade and then in my teens it went down and then when I was 19 I had my 1st child and I put on 50lbs and then from there to 4 more children and been over weight ever since.
I live in Salem Or and have lived here all my life, except for 1 year I  lived in Seattle WA. I have 5 children and 2 grandbaby boys.
I have a wonderful husband .
I was going to get the lap band at first when I was looking into surgery, I knew I didnt want the Bypass cause my mother had that done and she had such a hard time with it, she even lost alll the way down to 98lbs and we thought we were going to lose her.
Thank god she got better.
This site is the reason I changed my mind and got the sleeve instead. My insurance wouldnt pay for none of the surgeries, so I opted to self pay in Mxico. I went on line and on obisety help and did lots of research on the Dr's and I asked lots of questions from people who already had the surgery.
I saved and borrowed the money and me and my mother flew down to san diego, ca were a nice man picked me up and took me to TJ MX his name was Alberto and he was the nicest man, I didnt have to talk to anyone at the border he did it all! I tiped him $10.00 each time he took us some were, he kept us safe.
Mexico is alot diferent then OR.
As soon as I got to the hospital INT I was greeted by lots of people , I felt like a star!
They treated me very well and got me ready for surgery, I was ready for surgery about a half hour after I got there and off I went....
I woke up in a lot of pain! I remember saying is it done! and I kept asking that and finally a lady said yes you had your surgery and I kept saying , it hurts, it hurts and then they gave me something and I slept for a long time, im not going to lie it really does hurt!
But the next day seemed better, they moved me to a very nice motel and I was doing ok there, untill the night I started getting a fever, but it went away , I was ready to just go home, we didnt go site seeing or anything.
The pain meds suck there, I went to my Dr's when I got home and got some real pain meds.
Now its been a year and I have lost all the weight I was wanting to.
I am happy I had the surgery,, I didnt think my body was going to look the way it does, with all the loose skip and my ass droped! but I will take this body over my fat body any day!
