NSV: Airplane ride w/o seatbelt extender! - Wow, just went on my first plane trip in years without needing the seatbelt extender!  And my fat rolls did not spill over into the seat next to me.  It was very liberating!

248.9 and HAPPY about it - My highest recorded weight was 301. Today I weighed in at 248.9!  So I can celebrate 50 pounds lost! AND I am closer to 200 pounds than 300 pounds! What a day to celebrate!
