Well I spoke to Deedee at the weight management center and I think that the mix-up was they were trying to quote me the non-referral price. So anyone with Tricare pay attention to all the small prints. If you have to buy a magnifying glass ..........
and add some prayer!!!!!  Started the Pre-op Diet .................................
B-protein shake
s-fruit or lf yogurt
L-Protein shake
D-Moderate Meal(400 cal)
S-optional (Protein Shake)
Ima probaly be tired of protein shakes before I even have the surgery
I was told by the Nurse Practitioner thatI need to lose 10 lbs, I have lost 11 already ........................what now!!!!!!!!
