EGD, I met my surgeon

First off,  I did not know they were going to put an IV in I hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, needles!! And they stuck me 4 times. They had to put that darn thing in the back of my hand I cried like a baby. Why did it take 3 nurses to do this???
Cause I had turned into an infant...........NOT KIDDING!!!!!!!!!!!
Anywayzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz....................Yall did not express how Darned Awful the stuff you have to swallow is.
The stuff to numb your throat!!!!!!!!!! WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!! Another infant moment..................

All in all the procedure was over before I knew it................ I don't remember JACK!       NOT JACK!! 
By the time I awakened I didnt know if I was in Mississippi or Michigan.  

Now I have read some things about my surgeon that I did not know what to expect. If youv'e seen pics of him, He looks like one of those Preppy Kids straight out of Harvard. I've read he was not that friendly and very straight minded and businessy at all times.            WELL!
He must have taken that profile pic 20 years ago................ Looks like himself without the PREP and whole lot of grey hair...
"WHAT"S REALLY GOING ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  But he was very informative and attetntive to my concerns and that's what I am looking for in my surgeon. He even smiled a couple of times to make me feel reassured !  I like him so far. So other than the needles everything went pretty smooth. Let's get the show on the road................... LOVING my OH Family!!   Sharon
