Well almost my surgery ann. aug. 28th 2003 is when i had the open gastric bypass.
i have a hard time eating healthy. one week i am good at eating then the next week back to bad habits. i i am now 161 pounds. i want to see 150 pounds again. seems like its far away. i will get there again. Anita
