Surgeon Testimonial Shawn Garber, M.D., F.A.C.S. -This is my personal opinion of Dr. Garber - I really liked Dr. Garber. when I first met him, he answered almost all of my questions before I even asked. I like the fact that he has done over 2000 of lap RNY surgeries. His office is packed!!! I guess that comes with a great surgeon. Dr. Garber has an excellent aftercare program - I was impressed at how structured the follow up will be :) He fully discussed the benefits and risks of the surgery. He told me to call or email him with any questions that I may have after our consult. I did take advantage of emailing him and he emailed me back pretty quick - usually in a few hours. He requires quite a few pre op visits in order to be cleared for surgery. The office staff is friendly and try to keep things moving. Stephanie - office manager at Dr Garber's office is amazing and a sweetheart :) She is SO helpful. She is organzed and KNOWS her stuff. Sharon, The nutritionist is encouraging and supportive.
