Sometimes i wonder how I am going to be successful at vsg when i cant even control any of my eating right now. i know it makes a difference having a smaller stomach but sometimes i eat because i have nothing else to do or it makes me feel better. wont that be the same after surgery. idk maybe i need to talk to someone. this websites does help.

I joined a few months ago but really havent explored this website much. I want to find local firends who i can talk to about their experience. I dont know. It seems complicated by I will try to see what I information I can find.
