I do have drive, but food is my weakness. I lost 30lbs when I was in high school to get a good grade on my senior project. Thanks to my father, who is a nationally certified trainer. But then I met this Wonderful guy! And we started dating and going out and eating cheeseburgers
HA! So that 30lbs I gained back ....and then some. Fast forward and 100lbs later, we are having a wonderful marriage. My health issues start to arrrrrise!!!! So basically I'm 24 and I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Sydrome (PCOS), after a looooongg difficult one year of denial of high blood pressure...I'm stubborn :) So when I came to terms with the BP problem and did something about it, I started taking my health more seriously. Thank GOD! Because I didn't really want to be 24 and be on meds for BP.. wake up call! Eh?
For me, I know I am able to loose the weight and keep it off, but I have to relearn those "good eating habits" to keep it off. I just think surgery, for me, is one foot in the direction toward fooling myself and causing more damage. But that's. Just. me.
