Creeping Up!!

Well, I am close to finishing week 1 of optifast, and I must say it is the hardest thing I have EVER done... I have two children that I still cook for, and smelling the food is driving me crazy..But I Stay strong and remember what it is all for.. I want this so bad.....
Well in 10 more days I will be having surgery and starting my new journey to a healthy new me :) I cannot believe how fast this hole process has been for me... and now in 10 days I will be having surgery!! WOWZA :)

Surgeon Appointment

 So I got my surgeon appointment booked this week, and as well as my group class in June, and appointments with the RN, Dietician and Social Worker booked in July...I'm nervous and excited all rolled into one...

My Story

 My life has been a roller coaster,  I've been struggling with my weight for half my life, and I have hit a point where its now not only affecting my life, but my childrens, I cannot be the mother I want to be to them, the fun playfull, full of energey mother I would LOVE to be to them, So I have finally decided to do the journey of having Gastric surgery..  :)
