LAWD have MERCY!!!

Marchers... it is our time... I am not going to lie and say that I am not nervous because I am... it seem as if everyone in the house wants to cut up...  It seems like my own family... sisters and all are wanting to trip... I started getting second thoughs...  Found out today that my Vitamin D was LOW...
So know I am on Vitamin D capsules...  I have to take it until Weds. and then I will be off until 7 weeks after surgery...  I am going to be fine... THE DEVIL is so busy and he wants me to think of the WORST of EVERYTHING... BUT I BIND him up in the Name of JESUS and REBUKE him right NOW... He has no power over me... my life or my family...  

I thank GOD for a speedy recovery over my life and all of my OH family that are having surgery... I thank GOD that he will allow everyone to survive and do well in the weight lost... NOW my Dr. Office has given me a goal and I am going to MEET IT...

I am going to get down to that 145lbs that he wants me to get down too...
NO WEAPON formed against me SHALL PROSPER...  It won't WORK!!

Thank you family for listening... I have 4 more days and it is MY TURN...

12 More Days... Found an ANGEL...

 Greetings and blessings everyone... I am having my surgery in 12 more days... I am getting closer and closer to a healthier me... I am very very excited...  Well as you all see... I have found me an Angel... His name is KB... that's right... MY husband is going to be my Angel... He will be keeping you all informed of my progress...

I am having my surgery at the University of Maryland in Baltimore Maryland... I really don't know what time my surgery is going to be until Weds. after 5:00pm... I think that I am the first one on deck and that will be at 8:00am... but right now I don't know...  My Angel will keep you all posted...

This has been some of a stressful moment for me... although I don't suppose to be stressing... but I bought my sister ticket  to come to WV so she could be her with me when I have my surgery... only for her to start acting like she was doing me a favor and YELL... WELL I AIN'T COMING...
Do you wanna know why she said that... well she asked me why did she have to stay in the AIR FOR SO LONG?  I work with Home Infusion... I verify Insurance... How could I know the answer to why she is going to be in the air for 1 hour and 49 minutes... she act like she is going to be in the air for 5 hours... when I told her that I don't work for the airline she got 38 hot... 

I was cool when she said that she was coming... I cried a little... well I cried a lot... I called my mother and she was MAD...  she stated that she knew that my sister would do that to me...  earlier that day she had made a comment about coming anyway... she had told my mother that if I wasn't paying for her ticket she wouldn't even be coming to see me... 

When my mother told her that I would lose my money... why she say SO... UNJUST don't prosper...  I love her though... and to be honest with you... I'm not even mad at her... that's my sister...  I would still do for her...
Because she handled me like that... I had to get somebody else to come be with me... so my aunt is going to come and be with me...

At any rate family of OH... Keep me and my family in your prayers... 

I love you all and see ya on the SKINNY SIDE...

GOD is GOOD... ALL THE TIME...

Can the people of Oh... SAY AMEN... 

Well praise the LORD everybody and everybody PRAISE the LORD... I am in my own world today getting my shout on... right here on the internet... How many of you know that GOD is GOOD...  When we are not worthy of his mercy... his love... his kindness... his peace... he still loves us... he has done so much for me and I want to say thank you... I want to let everyone know the goodness of the LORD...

WE are to trust him... We are to know that without a shadow of a doubt that he got our back...

We all testify how good the surgery is... we testify how blessed we are to have the surgery and that's it... some of us even have the NERVE to say thank you Jesus when we get approve for the surgery and then have the surgery lose all the weight and never call on him again... (Hold up... ya'll don't mind me keeping it real do you?)  If so please pack your bag and hit that button right there to ya left and get off my page... I want... WELL I HAVE TO tell somebody today about the goodness of the LORD...

Right now I am home on short term disability until I have my surgery... The director of the company that I work for... Medstar Health Infusion... she would fire you if you were the type to stand up for yourself... or shall I say that she would try to fire you... LOL... at any rate... she fired 2 pharmacists a couple of good nurses and some other folk... We had a 75% turnover right in less than one year... (Since she got there)  She would talk to people like they were nothing... she would boost about her education and pretty much make you feel as if you were nothing...  she told 2 of the woman that I worked with that they needed to learn to do more with their mouth other than stuff food down their throat and puff on cigarettes... ***RECORD SCHRATCH*** 

NO she didn't just say that... AHHHHHHHHHHH... YES she did...

At any rate... she begins to get at me... well... I have nothing more than a mighty mouth... I can tell you how much I love you, how I'm going to pray for you and how GOD is going to get you about messing with his daughter.... I guess she didn't get that memo...

Well I took a Medical LEAVE OF ABESENCE... I went to see my daughter who then told me to go see a Physiatrist who then wrote them a nice professional letter that stated that I couldn't work at this time under the stressful hostile environment...

So they got the MEMO... before I went to my Doctor I had called and reported her to the EECO, Employee Personal and the Integretiy HOTLINE... ( I gave them my name too)  Oh well... at any rate... when they got the letter from my Doctor... Antennas went up and there goes the investigation process...  

SHE WAS TERMINATED ON FEB. 11, 2008...

The Bible says TOUCH NOT MY ANOITED and DO my PROPHETS no HARM...  I started putting all kinds of stuff on my wall... LIKE GOD got my back... who's watching over yours... stuff like that... NOW I don't know who's going through on thier JOB... but this is for somebody on OH that is in my circle... I don't know who just yet... but your on my page...

Well yesterday... I got a call from my husband... he wanted to get a hardship from his job so he can transfer from Washington DC and just work here in Martinsburg WV... WELL GOT to tell you that GOD is good... SO SO SO SO SO SO SO GOOD... KB got his detail in WV and he starts on Monday March 3, 2008... What a MIGHTY GOD WE SERVE...

NOW I know... that someone elses FAITH has been tested and you want to throw in the TOWEL...  GOD wants you to HOLD ON and BE STRONG... He is going to make a WAY...

You have to believe and you must have FAITH...

Angel NEEDED...

Hey now family,

Just wanted to say good evening...  I have pre-op on Thursday... I am wondering... what is the process now?  Can anyone help me and let me know whats going on from this point?  When does my eating suppose to change?  I'm so close to surgery and I'm getting excited but I do want my have a blessed day of GOOD eating with the family before it ends for me... LOL...  

ALSO family to the LEFT when it says "Hoping to have surgery?"  How do you change that?  Can someone please help me...

I am also looking for an ANGEL... but before you accept, please check out the definition... I can get really serious about these kinds of things...  Well you have to be...

I know that this my sound crazy to you... but I am taking my Laptop to the hospital with me... just so I can let you all know what time I went in and what time I came out... LOL... YES LAWD...

I also wanted to add that there is this young lady by the name of Keisha who I have been talking too since the beginning of this week... she is a very talented young lady...  She has a voice of an Angel... the young lady can SANG...  She too is a OH memeber...
She hasn't been on Oh for a minute I caught up with her on Myspace...  But she's an awesome person to get to know...
Keisha is going to come to the hospital with me the day of my sugery... I am very excited to meet her...

I also have spoke with Jeanne who had me cracking up last night... Thanks girl for the laughs...  I will be joining her on the 4th of March when she has her surgery...

My homie Lora... she a school teacher... very beautiful mother and sister... I was glad that I found her as well... she has been a very supportive friend... she lives soooooooooooooooo sooooooooooooo far away from here... but she's my peeps...

I can't wait to meet and talk the rest of you all... I am cool, down to earth and can't weight to join you all on the loser bench...

My sista's of Oh...

Greetings Ladies...

Words for today...
The race is not given to the swift nor to the strong... but to the ones that endurth until the END... 

How many are ready for a RACE... NOT only on OH... but for JESUS...  I know I am...

I had a blessed tiime today at church... we went to church for the first time in West Virginia and I must say thier are some friendly folk here... It was just a blessing to see people of diffrent background in the house of the LORD...

Ladies... I went to a WHITE church today... the first one EVER... It was such a blessing...  I have never been to a church like the one I went to today... NOW don't get it twisted... It was a few of African American people there but it was just a blessing to see how other people fellowship...
Well to make a long story short... we are going to become part of the ministry...

We are serve ONE GOD...  So you can be black, white, yellow, orange or green... there is still ONE MAN who died on the Christ of ALL of US...

I'm having surgery in about 18 more DAYS... LAWD thank ya... 

In the mean-time there are some of our people on here that are getting ready to have surgery soon... I am going to say a prayer for everyone that is in our circle... NO I take that back... I am getting ready to pray for everyone that is getting ready to make this change...

Father,  I thank you... first of all Father I want ot ask for forgiveness for my sin, known and unknown, then Oh, God I ask you to look after your people... Father I speak LIFE on each one of the members on Oh who are trying to lose this sinnful weight that is on our BODY... Father... we know that you LOVE us... if you didn't you won't have died on the Christ for our manyful sin that we commit day to day...  You are our healer, our faith, our hope or streghth and our redeemer... now GOD I ask you in the Name of JESUS to be the sugeron of all of our sugery... Allow each and one of us to wake up in a timely manner... All no complications come our way...  Father your word says that we have not, because we ask not... and I asked you in the Name of Jesus to not only watch over us... but Bless our coming and our going... Allow the hospital stay be blessed,,, allow our family memebers to be blessed... Father I ask that you comfort the mind of your people... Let no corrupt though come our way...  Father we stand in a gap for each other... we love you... we bless you and we thank you in Jesus Name... Amen and Amen...

So if you are having surgery tomorrow, next week, or next month... Keep the faith and Look to the Hills from which cometh your help... YOUR help cometh from the LORD...

My Oh Family...

As you all know... I have a date now... I am very excited to see the NEW me in a few more months... I know that GOD has something very special for me and I am ready for it... I know that I have so much work that I need to do down here on earth for the Father and I am going to make it my business to stay busy and stay focus for the LORD...

Today I went out and bought me some new stuff for my business...  I had to get a Muslin, I bought rose petels... I had to get me some props today...
All last year I was buying stuff and wasn't using my tax ID on nothing... LET me tell you...   There is no way I won't use it... I buy everything with that TAX ID number... and LORD when I have my surgery... do you all know that I am going to go shopping... WELL you know that I'm going to need new clothes.. I can't run around looking a HOT MESS in BIG CLOTHES 24, 26 when I am a size 8... (The BIBLE says we have not because we ask NOT) Did ya'll hear me when I said a size 8... Thats right... I have FAITH of a MUSTARD SEED... NOT only am I going to be a size 8... I am going to be hiring some photograhers as well... we are going to make so much money that it's going to be enough to buy all my children houses alone with them any kind of car they want... I am going to have my business in every state because we are going to always be Traveling Photographers... there are going to be people calling Vonda's Creations from Califorina all the way to Florida...  Washington State... they going to know about me... I am going to be able to make and make and make money... and alone with my making... I am going to be able to BLESS, BLESS, BLESS...  NOW I have to tell you all this... you have to have STUPID FAITH... without STUPID FAITH you can't get anywhere...

Now when I say STUPID FAITH I mean that kind of FAITH that you see that all ya so called FRIENDS call ya crazy when you start speaking what you feel... well I speak this... after my surgery,,,  It's on and POPPING... I am going to be the same VONDA that day as I am today... I wil pay for some woman or man who wants to have this surgery... and I will pay cash money for them... the LORD will send that person to me... I know that I will inspire someone to have the surgery that will change thier life...

NOTE... 
Vonda is having the surgery for VONDA... Vonda will always be VONDA... the surgery will only change my LOOK... NOT MY heart... I say this to say that... the same folk I talk to today... I will talk to tomorrow... I didn't want to even go there but I have some folk in my world who have had the surgery... and I tell you one thang.. they lost a little WEIGHT and don't know MY NAME... I mean they were cool as a fan at one point... then they lost some weight...  LAWD have mercy... LOL...

It's all good though... you know...  I still love them... and will keep on being me... Surgery shouldn't have to change anybody unless it's for the better...

The one thing that keeps me on POINT... is that... IT can come back up on you...

My final THOUGHT...

" Don't going around mistreating the BIG GIRL that you once WERE"  
Wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo....

That would be enough for today...

Change...

Greetings everyone...
I was sitting here... now that I am approved and all... I was just thinking about home some folks change when they have the surgery... I was told by some that they have lost friends, husbands, boyfriends and the list goes on...  but my question is... Is it because of who people become after having the surgery?   I think that when you get the weight off you contuine being who you and not change for the worst for anybody...


I have come arcoss people who I use to talk to on yahoo 360 who has had the surgery and since they have had it... the never speak anymore and when you comment on thier blogs they don't say anything to you... I know this one female that I was really cool with until she started posting her pictures of her getting thin well I'll just say THINNER...  she still FAT to me... LOL... at any rate...  what changes people?  Did you change?  If so WHY?  

When you were heavier you always wanted to fit in... now that you get the tool to loose the weight you start treating folks like crap?

That's not cool at all...

Some of us need to remember where we came from... the same habit can CREEP back on you and have you getting your butt off again... If you ain't already started...

Love you and and counting down the days until my life change for the BETTER...

Today I got the CALL... I have been approved and I have a date of March 6, 2008... I am so EXCITED... I am on my way to a new me...  Thank you all who have been concerned with my well being...
