Greetings everyone,

Just sitting here thinking about all that I have overcome lately...   Thinking about how blessed I have been to be able to have the surgery.  You know something, we take the surgery for granted... There are so many woman on OH hoping and praying that they are approved to have the surgery... Then you have some of us who are on here with Wine GLASSES in our hands talking about how twisted we got last night knowing that liquor is not good for us after having the surgery...

Please note that whatever you do is your business and I am not putting anyone down for doing what they do... But why do we go through the surgery to only go back to bad habits?

My passion for food was scares... I could eat up some stuff... I could put some FOOD DOWN... Now I am learning to love LIFE, MY BODY, MY HEALTH... I am learning to LOVE ME ALL OVER AGAIN...

If you have falling of the bandwagon... GET BACK UP ON IT AND TRY IT AGAIN...

I tell you...  When my Doctor show me the other day he was so impressed with my weight loss... I am down 115 pounds and 6 months and I am NOT FLABBY... I workout almost EVERYDAY... There is no excuse not to do the right thing?

If you are on here and waiting to have surgery... FOLLOW GOOD HABITS...  Know that this surgery is serious... One thing that I learn is that you have to stay focus on RIGHT AND WRONG... you have to stay on OH and check out the before and after pictures and if that won't change your habits... I don't know what will...   I am always looking at the before and after pictures... As a matter of fact that happens to be my favorite...

I may not comment on your pictures all the time... but believe you me... I CHECK on everyone in my circle... I know how you all are doing...

All my family on the loser bench... you all are looking HOT...
For my family that are waiting for approval... You are still HOT... but HOLD on... your time is coming... Be patient... some of us waited for years to make it happen... I have read some of your blogs where you have waited as well while researching and I tell you... It's worth the wait...

I know that I am all over the place with the blog but... I just wanted to get that out there...

I love you all and stay positive...

Chocolate eaters, potato chip hustlers, candy swippers, and fried food KINGS and QUEEN...  PUT THAT SHIT DOWN... YOU KNOW BETTA... LOL...

Greetings and blessing everyone...
Today is my 6th month post-op and I must say that I am so happy with myself... I am down 115 pounds since my surgery and I a loving the new me... I love the fact that I still have all my friends, that my family is very happy with  my outcome so far, my husband is still the apple of my eye and I am his, I have no health issues at all, God is watching over our children since they have enter the college life, my life has changed for the better and I haven't change who I am since coming down from a size 26-28 to a 13-14... Well I can wear size 12 jeans... and look sassy in them too... LOL...  I love the fact that my I can be who I am and talk to people about my weight loss and they not get offended...

I am working out everyday at the gym... I am not as tired and to top it all off... Let it be know that I can give KB a workout like NEVER BEFORE... LOL...

I thank GOD for Dr. Kligman and the knowledge that GOD has given him... I thank GOD for all of my positive brothers and sister on OH, that has not changed who they are because they have lost weight...

I want to be one of those people that encouarge others that there is light at the end of the tunnel... To me... It's all about being healthy and happy at the same time... I can careless about going out spending money on the latest fashion... I wear my daughters clothes now... I just want to be ME... I don't care to be the next TOP MODEL... I just want to be pleasing to GOD... NOT TO MAN...  I want to help the next person get to where they want to be and away from where I use to be... HEAVY, OUT OF BREATHE, TIRED, CRANKY, ANGRY and NOT SURE WETHER OR NOT I WANTED TO LIVE ANYMORE...

When people come to me and say how GOOD I'm doing with my weight loss... I encourage them... there is nothing arrogant about my deamenor...


So know that I am down from 339 to 224 I am STILL BLESSED and want to alway be avaliable for the people that are still struggling with their weight...

SIDE NOTE:

If you want a phone walking partner... give me a call... I am so serious... It is very important to be healthy, but it's all up to you... NO ONE can make your mind up for you... you have to do it yourself...
