My WORKOUT...

Hey family... I want to encourage you all to get your workout on for the month of December... There is a 30 Day Challenge that is going on right now... If you have Kim B. on your page you can contact her to get on the bandwagon...  Today I went to the Wellness Center and I think I was over doing it... They had to call the the ambulance... I didn't eat much today and I over did it... I am fine... my blood pressure I went all the way down to 90/40... My heart rate was at 157 and I had a panic attack... I say this to say that... It's okay to want to get the weight off... HOWEVER... BE SMART... I wasn't being SMART today... I really pushed myself harder today trying to have a GOOD end of the year... The funny thing is... I work HARD all the time... At the end of the DAY... I have already done well... There is no need for me to over do it...

So be careful while working out... I don't know who I needed to go through this for but whoever you are... where ever you are... BE CAREFUL... Someone is on my page that is not eating right... someone is also over doing it... I have been fine... I have NEVER in my life went through this and I tell you... I workout out HARD...  So this BLOG is for someone on here...

I think GOD allow me to go through this to write this BLOG...

If any of you know who Vicky Bullet is... I workout at at the same Wellness Center she goes too... She told me that I remind her of herself... That was a complainment however she told me that I needed to wear lighter clothes... Vicky is a very nice woman... She played for the WNBA (Mystics) She was also an Olympic Gold Medalist...

Be blessed and lets be safe and have a BLESSED and SAFE end of the year...
