Day 5 of the 5 DAY POUCH TEST!!!

GREETINGS EVERYONE...

I am so blessed to announced that this has been a very very successful challenge thus far... EVERYONE has done such a wonderful JOB and I am so proud of each and everyone of you...  I would like to do this once a month starting on the 1st of the month of each month... We are such LOSERS and it's an exciting FEELING!!

If you had to jump off the bandwagon for some reason or another... It's OKAY... If at first you don't succeed... DUST yourself off and try again...  This challenge was a test... Just to see how many of us are really serious about our weight loss.. .I must say that there are many of you out there that are.. Therefore I am dedicating myself to a 5 DAY POUCH TEST CHALLENGE every month...

Even if you made GOAL or you are close to GOAL.. You can still join us... WE want this surgery to be a success... I know I do!!!

Keep up the GOOD WORK... Uplift one another and GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!
I can't wait to see what the final results are as of tomorrow...
