Okay family... I must say that it has been a very very long time since I have blogged... WELL... GOD is good... I am still living for him and enjoying my life... My husband is the best ever and I couldn't be happier... I have a confession... I have gained about 20 pound... UGhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... I am in need of some HELP! Yeap...Mrs. Royalty needs to get back on her grind...
I don't know if you all know this or not but I have been sick... NOT talking about it much because I know where my help comes from... I think thats where the weight gain has come from... My doctor seems to think so... Anywho... Once this is all over and I'm able to talk about what I have been going through... I am going to drop this weight... I'm already talking about a revision... LOL... For 20 freaking pounds... PRAY FOR ME!!! LOL...
I've been DOWN... BUT I'm NOT OUT!!! God is still standing on my SIDE...

I've BEEN GRINDING...

Greetings and Blessings my FAMILY,

It has been a while since I have posted on here... It's not because I have nothing to talk about but there has been so much going on in my life... I just felt like this was not the place for all of my drama...

Soooo with that being said... Let me get you all caught up with some of whats going on with me.. GOD is good and he is doing wonderful things in my life right now...

On. Oct 8, 2009 I was DIVORCED... I feel so blessed to have the past behind me now... I had been dealing with alot of things however... I kept alot of things inside simply because my business is not every bodies business... you feel me?  LOL... Anywho... I am SINGLE and I am loving it... Don't get me wrong I WANT a man in my life but the drama has to be totally gone before that ever happens... I want my mate to be FREE from all my unnecessary MESS!!  Trust me when I say... I have had a lot of mess going on that I know a REAL MAN will not want to deal with... I am so close to having my unfinished business resolved... And when I say CLOSE... I mean REAL close...   I have made SO MANY positive changes in my life with the help of a wonderful friend... It's been trying however... EVERYDAY is a step closer to Vonda's Happiness..  Thanks you Jesus...
 
So many people think that it's the weight loss that breaks up marriages... I don't think that's the case at all... I believe as men and women.. We know straight off the brake that things have not been right... things ain't gon get no better and sometime due to us being in our comfort place... we feel as if we have to stay there... WE DON"T HAVE TOO...

Vonda has learned to LOVE VONDA first... Then I can love my mate... I know that someday... ONE day GOD is going to bless me with a wonderful man... AND GUESS WHAT... I'm going to be ready...

Please... don't anyone take this message that I'm sending out of content... This is therapy for me... AND YOU TOO... I'm not ashamed about where I've been... However... I am so blessed to where I am headed...

FAITHFULNESS CHALLENGE Starts TODAY!!! Let's...

Greetings everyone... Today is the day that the Faithfulness Challenge will begin... What you have to do is WORKOUT harder than ever and be FAITHFUL!!! You have to commit to  working out EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! TWICE if you will!!! LOL... Nawl.. I want you all to get the feel of working out if your not... If you are working out... I want you to work even harder!!! This is going to be a REAL challenge for some of you who may not workout... HOWEVER... YOUR heart is counting on you!!! (So am I)... So lets do it!!!

Last week we did the 5 Day Pouch TEST and ALL of you all had GREAT NUMBERS!!! The biggest loser for this challenge was OHAMY!!! She lost a total of 8 pounds ...  She did such a GREAT JOB!!! You ALL DID A GREAT JOB!!!   Let's keep up the GOOD work and remain the LOSERS WE ARE!!!

MOTIVATION + DETERMENATION = SUCCESS... NOW LETS DO IT!!!

Day 5 of the 5 DAY POUCH TEST!!!

GREETINGS EVERYONE...

I am so blessed to announced that this has been a very very successful challenge thus far... EVERYONE has done such a wonderful JOB and I am so proud of each and everyone of you...  I would like to do this once a month starting on the 1st of the month of each month... We are such LOSERS and it's an exciting FEELING!!

If you had to jump off the bandwagon for some reason or another... It's OKAY... If at first you don't succeed... DUST yourself off and try again...  This challenge was a test... Just to see how many of us are really serious about our weight loss.. .I must say that there are many of you out there that are.. Therefore I am dedicating myself to a 5 DAY POUCH TEST CHALLENGE every month...

Even if you made GOAL or you are close to GOAL.. You can still join us... WE want this surgery to be a success... I know I do!!!

Keep up the GOOD WORK... Uplift one another and GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!
I can't wait to see what the final results are as of tomorrow...

Greetings... I am feeling GREAT today... I went to the gym last night and I am going to head to the gym this morning after I pick Joy up from school... Today is her last day... Thank you JESUS...

Okay... IT is time to report how your doing... SO FAR so GOOD for me... I am loving what I do right now... I do know this one thing... I am getting closer to my goal weight...  I will give you all everybody numbers on Saturday morning... SOoooooo... What are you doing today? What are you eating today? Are you still on board?  I wanna know... Holla atcha girl...

Be blessed and we have ONE MORE DAY!!! WE are getting it in!!!

Day 3 of the 5 DAY POUCH TEST...

We are almost there... I am so excited to see the results on Saturday morning when we all wake up!!! I already have some results since I had to go to take my drug test and physical for my new job... I can't wait to tell you all how I'm doing... BUT... For right now... I'm going to keep it to myself... LOL..

I pray you all are doing well... I pray that you all are still focused on your lost...

By the way... Zeebaby is in recovery... I am also going back to Ohio to visit her next week... Keep her and her family in your prayers...

5 day pouch check up

Good morning everyone you know what time it is, it's time to report what you are doing I'm sorry I have not texted anyone my blackberry is still down how ever in on the road but when I get home I'm going to have my daughter joy add everybody to my contact list, thank you all for you patience and understanding one more day on liquids then on day 3 we can start on food, lol I'm trusting that you all are taking this challenge serious, if you need to talk to me please give me a call at 443-224-5275 I love you all and God Bless,

PS. Tomorrow is ZEEBABY'S big day on the losers bench, if you are waiting to cross over it is worth the wait. I decided to take 5 hour drive to support her in Columbus, Ohio yesterday the short time I spent down there I really enjoyed her and her family we took plenty of picture's , I love my ZeeBaby! keep her in your prayers.
