HIT ANOTHER MILE STONE! 
A tad more than 1/3 of the weigh there(pun intended!)
I WEIGH 250 POUNDS AS OF THIS MORNING. That is 56 pounds lost since surgery and 66 since this time last year! I am looking so forward to Carowinds this year! I hope to ride every roller coaster in the park! If by chance I can't fit into one of them, well, I know I WILL be little enough next year no doubt in my mind!!!! 
I wanted to share with my OH cyberfamily something I found.
These are protein cookies, I use to get these when I was doing the Healthy Weigh program. They have 10 grams of protein! Low in sugar and fat and are balanced to help control hunger throughout the day.
