I Think I've found my way!!

Since February I have been on the 50/50 plate system which just means 50% of your plate is protein and 50% is carbs (good carbs) when I started I was at 325 and today i just reached 275, Oh my God 50 POUNDS. I feel great and I truly think I can do this!
