After meeting with Dr. Clark and additional members of staff today I am so happy to part of such a wonderful team! I finally got my surgery date--Sept 20th--and everyone was so pleasant and patient during the process. I have all my appointments scheduled all the way until November! I am ready to begin my new life and, as Dr. Clark would say, "make it a healthy one"!

Life is but a dream

I keep wondering if I am dreaming. I just had breakfast and it is amazing to drink 2 oz and be full! I am making it more of a priority today to get protein in every bite.

I am still beaming over losing 14 lbs in four days (not including the gain from IV fluids) and hoping that this progress will always continue. I thank God for a second chance and I am so grateful!
