Ok so its been a year since I had my Gastric Sleeve and i have been at a stand still for months now.  What can I do to kick start my weight lose again....

Hello, My name is Anissa.  Im from Jersey City, NJ.  I had a revision surgery from Lap-Band, which I had for a little over 10 years to Gastric Sleeve which was done May 8, 2015.  I am past the liquid diet which I had been on e for 2 weeks, I am one wee
