Surgeon Testimonial

Kevan E. Mann
I met Dr. Mann the first week of January and I like him very much, he explained things to me in great detail and it made me feel very comfortable about my upcoming surgery.

Tuesday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. I am waiting for you on the losers' bench!

What a week!!!!
Wow it's been a heck of a week here in The Snyder Household, but it's been a good week.. Tuesday I had my surgery and woke up Wednesday morning asking myself what the fuck did i do to myself.. Now I know that was the pain talking cause by the time I got settled into a room on Wednesday afternoon and off the pain pump and was able to start having ice chips and then jello later in the evening I started feeling alot better about what I had just done.  I was released early Thursday morning after being able to tolerate breakfast. Jeff and the kids picked me up at about 11am and then we headed home, only to encounter a wreck or broke down car in the tunnel we were headed into so we had to stop on the bridge and wait a good  half an hour before we were able to continue home.. By the time I got home I was wiped out and spend the rest of the day in bed resting and watching TV. Yesterday was better I woke up about 9am and spend all day downstairs with Jeff and the kids and stayed down here till about 830pm and went up and to bed when the kids did.. I watched TV for a few hours and went to bed about 11pm... I got up around 8am and have managed my 2oz of  yogurt for breakfast and then a bottle of water, lunch is about that much cottage cheese and after this settles i'll start back on my water again... Now that I've had a shower and been able to shave my legs I almost feel human again!!! LOL... we all know how women get about their legs... That's all about for me today... I'm sure i'll be sending in weekly updates on my progress!!! Hope everyone has a great weekend and a great week to follow!!!
