    Hi I am Judy, Aims Angel! She had her surgery today and is doing well. She is expected to go home on Friday, July 11th.

New At This!

Wow, I'm here!  I *am* doing this for ME to being a healthy life!  It's never been about looking good or being a number in a dress size.

I want to be able to:

Walk up stairs without being winded
Play non-stop with my kids w/o being tired easy
Not worry about going to an amusement park and worrying if I fit the ride
Look at a small plate and food and think, Wow, this is TOO MUCH!
Get off BOTH of my blood pressure medicines
Stop feeling tired all time
Have power over my cravings....I own them, they don't own ME!
Be seen as a person, not as a HUGE object
Wear a swimsuit I can be proud of
Teach my children proper portions and eating healthy
Run a marathon someday
Become a gym fanatic
Not sweat when it's only 70 degrees outside

And sooooo much more!!!!
