I'm down to 260 pre-op, I can't believe how well I've done!  I'm committed myself to this surgery, changed in lifestyle and I'm ready for MORE!

Bill and I have been trying extremely hard to avoid temptation in all its forms, we had been invited to a going away dinner last night for one of his co-workers but unfortunately the dinner served as an all-you-can-eat (AYCE) buffet.

Just what we DON'T need!  Also we wanted to see the "Pancake Man" here in Omaha at the Children's Museum where he is serving AYCE pancakes, sausage and eggs.  Also, the College World Series is going on here in Omaha, so it's mass chaos downtown so we are going to stay away!

I'm really proud at the decisions we are making together, this is the first time since 1999 that we've both worked so hard at what we eat and to ensure that we get enough exercise, YAY US!!!!!
