Surgeon Testimonial

Adrian G. Dan, MD
My first impression of the entire staff at the doctors was "wow their all friendly!" I constantly call them with questions and they are always so nice and willing to help. Dr. Dan seemed really nice, he got straight to the point told me what he thought was a good fit for me with wls and asked me questions, what i thought how i felt. Its still early but so far i absolutely love them

This girl is going to a support meeting tomorrow because I NEEED TOOOOO!!!! I need to get my mind nsync with my body, because as of now its not.....I have been having horrible anxiety attacks, and to cope with it Ive been working out with a trainner and trying to keep my mind off of the billions of things I feel like is going on in my life....its amazing that some people think the surgery will help u with all of your issues but in reality the surgery doesnt and you will still have life problems/issues no matter what....Im happy to say I wasnt that person...I knew this but honestly I didnt think that almost a year out I would struggle so much with my mind and how i feel about eating. Im border line obsessed with the scale..Im gonna get rid of it...and I think my anxiety surfaces from the issues of me being so freaked out about gainning weight....Well tomorrow Im doing a support group and I plan on going every wednesday! I feel like it would benefit me to go and talk to others about similar issues and problems....I just wanna feel "normal" and not like Im the ONLY person dealing with this........

I went to american eagle and actually fit into a medium hoodie!!! wth!! lol I was so excited. Althought i feel like this journey is so hard mainly because you still have to keep up with you eating...YES SOMETIMES I FORGET TO EAT (NOT GOOD I KNOW) BUT I find myself not hungry and if I eat feeling that way i will puke everywhere...not fun.......anyways do i regret this??? ummmm heck no, this is the best thing i could have ever done for myself!!!
