Robert Quinlin, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Went to the Dr Quinlin today he seemed really nice and concerned. I also got to see the dietician and she was really nice too. Made some appts and have a couple more to make. Went to see Dr Quinlin for the last time before surgery. Now I have to take liquids for a week before surgery I hope I hang in there. Dr Quinlin said I would do fine and I believe in him.

Describe your behavioral and emotional battle with weight control before learning about bariatric surgery.
I have no will power. i'm a diabetic and it's just impossible to control my diabetes I crave sweets and my health is getting bad. I need to stop or I'm going to die. So I hope that this will help me. I'm not afraid at all. I'm sort of excited about the surgery and know I can get thru this.

Getting there

Hi Everyone,  Went to the doctor's for 3 month check up lost another 25lbs now 202 I just can't wait to see 199 which i know i will.   I go back in 3months on Dec. 3rd. I no longer take my cholestrol med's and nexium and actos just some lantus 40mg .My PCPsaid I would be off blood pressure next time and my blood sugar has been excellent   I'm so glad I did this and I'm glad to have friends like all of you.I'll keep in touch,  Alice
