GO TO THE DOCTOR'S NEXT MONTH FOR A CHECK UP IT BEEN 1I/2  YEARS SINCE SURGERY WOW IT GOES FAST  STILL HAVE A LITTLE WAYS TO GO TO GOAL BUT I'LL DO IT. Hi, everyone.  I writing today to tell all of you that I am on track again.  I recently gain 10lbs, I was so depressed so, I went on the 5 day pouch test and lost 7lbs and go the the gym everyday I feel so much better. All summer I was doing things for everyone else and not paying attention to the things i needed, I ate what  i wanted and didn't exercise. But things are diffrent now I make sure I go to the gym daily and eat the things I should.  Take time to think of yourself and you'll feel better about yourself.   If you think your a failure your not, just put your mind to it we all can do it.   Hugs, Alice

If  i was a millionaire i could get plastic surgery, but i guess i'll exercise alot more hope it works. It helped some will try to send a new photo.  Hugs Ali

Hi everyone, Going to see the plastic surgeon today.. I'm starting to lose weight again. i'm down to 156lbs. i lost 9lbs in 3 weeksI havent been able to eat to much but i dont care, at least i'll be reaching what i should be for my age and weight.I havent weighed this weight since i was 17 and a couple of lbs thinner.  i'm so glad i had this done and suggest anyone thinking of having this done to do so..
