Hello!  
I'm Alison.  I'm just kicking off my journey--still filling out paperwork, getting check-ups, tests, etc.  I'm meeting with my Surgeon, Dr.Williams/ Dr. Boyce on Tuesday 1/22/08--Really looking forward to getting this thing moving forward. (The process started, too! Ha!) At the time I'm fairly certian I'm going to go with the RNY, and was thrilled to see that nearly 99% of the surgery my group does is laproscopically. 
   I'm going to my first support group meeting Monday night, and am looking forward to meeting some great people who have hopefully had some great experiences to share.  Anyway, wish me luck!
