Hi, I am a 28 year old that has been battling with my weight as long as I can remember. I had gastric bypass in June of 09 and have lost 130 lbs since then!!! 

Now I am currently working on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, work out more, and stay away from those trigger foods!

Obviously I havent posted in a while. My surgery went great, honeymoon period- great. Now- after 2 1/2 years- I gained back 24 lbs. I am now on the BOTT group to lose it.

I know what I have to do- work out more, cut carbs, cut empty calories. This is a journey, but I can do it.

Getting Closer

I started my pre-op liquid diet today. So far so good. The protein is keeping me pretty full. Of course, day 10 might be a whole different story:) I am getting excited about the surgery...not to mention the weight loss.
